The helpdesk dashboard is a completely integrated support management system with Jaze ISP Manager which helps in capturing issues from the users and then creating tickets on the system. The tickets can be raised by the subscribers directly from the customer portal or through the Mobile App. The administrators of the application can also create tickets on behalf of the subscribers. The subscribers are notified through SMS and Email with their ticket ID and the ticket status. The subscribers can also track their tickets by logging in through the customer portal.
